Our Mission
Our mission is to provide justice-involved youth with streamlined access to support services that decreases risk factors while offering a workforce development solution that can redirect our youth from future criminal justice involvement and empower them to lead self and community transformation.
We will equip Project Remix Ventures’ participants with the self-love, support and tools necessary to secure meaningful employment, contribute to economic growth and progress personally and professionally by:
•Teaching participants how to build a new venture from the ground up
•Developing participants’ entrepreneurial mindset and skillset, such as:
•Technical Skills
•Soft Skills
•Financial Literacy and Life Skills
•Empowering participants to embrace the main characteristics of social entrepreneurship: social awareness, creative thinking, collaboration and adaptability
